REACHING

SUSTAINABILITY

Our women collectors and processors are vibrant, dynamic, and resourceful in finding a way to earn an income for their families. Some of them contribute to more than half of their household’s income. They have also found a purpose and voice by coming together in cooperatives. Our women collectors and processors have power!

Our dedicated agents support our cooperatives of women collectors and processors. As trusted members of their communities, these agents ensure that every collector and processor has the necessary resources to be productive and earn a living.

MEET OUR COMMUNITIES

We work in more than 30 rural communities throughout the Wa District of the Upper

West Region.

WHAT MAKES OUR BUSINESS SUSTAINABLE ?

Mybodytree leverages existing and well-established relationships in northern Ghana’s agricultural ecosystem to build sustainable business partnerships.

We partner with cooperatives of women shea producers, aggregators, manufacturers, distributors, community leaders, NGOs and development projects to supply the best shea butter to international markets.

We build win-win alliances and ensure that each of our partners find long-term value in working with us. By providing cooperatives of women collectors and processors with training, entrepreneurship skills, pre-financing, and resources; we invest in the future of thousands of women and youth.
